Cyclone

Pipeline

The cyclone operates on the principle of centrifugal force. Airborne particles such as bran, husk, dust, and other fine impurities generated during various milling stages are sucked into the cyclone chamber. As the air spirals downward in the conical structure, the heavier particles are flung outward by centrifugal action and settle to the bottom. The clean air rises through the center and is expelled, often passed on to filters or released back into the atmosphere.

Divertor

A divertor, also spelled diverter, is a mechanical component used in rice mill pipeline systems to redirect the flow of grain, husk, bran, or air to different destinations within the processing line.

Types of Divertors

  • Manual Divertor: Operated manually using a lever or handle.
  • Motorized Divertor: Controlled electrically or pneumatically, often part of automated systems.
  • 2-Way or 3-Way Divertors: Offers two or three outlet options for material routing.

It helps switch the path of raw or processed material (like rice, husk, bran) between different pipelines or machines.

Y - Pipe Deed Box, Square Deed Box

Y-Pipe Deed Box and Square Deed Box are essential components in rice mill pneumatic conveying systems. These boxes are designed to control and direct the flow of paddy, rice, husk, or bran through pipelines efficiently and without spillage.

Ducting and Spouting (SS PIPE LINE, GI PIPE LINE)

Screw Conveyor
